Dr. Chandan Sen was a doctor. He was associated with LFWB. In his memory Liver Foundation West Bengal had started this fellowship in 2022. This fellowship program aims to provide financial assistance to the talented students who want to pursue their career in the field of medicine & surgery but lacks proper financial support. The fellowship program is officially announced on 17th April, 2022. Samiran Pal from Purba Medinipur was awarded for 1st Dr. Chandan Sen Memorial fellowship. Liver Foundation West Bengal has been taken responsibility to provide financial support for his MBBS course.
